KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (Jan. 29, 2018) – On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Dutch Bros Klamath Falls raised more than $3,400 for Tashina Beeks, a local woman diagnosed with cancer.
Tashina was diagnosed with stage four cancer at just 27 years old, and her diagnosis necessitates multiple trips to OHSU for treatment. Upon learning of Tashina’s situation, Dutch Bros Klamath Falls baristas were motivated to host a fundraiser to help offset her medical costs.
“We are hopeful that we can, in some small way, help Tashina and her family get through this difficult time,” said Kristen Von Tersch, Owner of Dutch Bros Klamath Falls.
On Wednesday Jan. 24, $1 from every drink sold at all Klamath Falls locations was donated to Tashina Beeks. The funds raised will assist with her medical expenses.
