Coffee is opening its first Rocklin location at 3450 Sunset Blvd., and all 16-oz. drinks will cost just $1 with 100% of proceeds benefiting Rocklin and Whitney High School sober grad nights.
From 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. that day, all 16-oz. drinks will cost $1, including specialty coffee, smoothies, freezes and flavor-infused energy drinks.
“We can't wait to bring the Dutch Love to Rocklin!” said local owner-operators Jeremy and Heather Mauel. “We love giving back because we've been given so much! The strength and well-being of our community, now and for future generations, is very important to us.”
Since the Mauels opened their Auburn location in 2009, they have given back over $80,000 to local causes, including Boys & Girls Clubs, Acres of Hope, Foster Youth Services, Relay for Life, 4-H, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Young Life, Placer County Food Bank, local schools, youth sports, music programs and community events.
It is that giving spirit, positivity and quality coffee hand-roasted in Oregon that have made Dutch Bros. Coffee such a success.
The Rocklin location will be open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. To locate other Sacramento-area Dutch Bros., visit www.dutchbros.com/locations or get the Dutch Bros. Coffee iPhone app.
