Please feel free to drop off an application and resume to any one of the stands you wish to apply for. Check with the broistas at your local shop to see when the hiring manager will be working, so you can personally introduce yourself and drop off your resume and application.

Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each of our locations are locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for further information.
We guarantee satisfaction! It is our aim to serve our customers to the best of our ability, including making satisfactory drinks with each order. Any time you get a drink you aren’t satisfied with, please feel free to swing back through or let the broista know during your next visit, and they will be happy to make you a new drink on the house! Note, this offer is not time sensitive.

Don’t be silly! We love adding color to each customer’s drink, but there is no “code” associated with it. We value each one of our customers and love when we can give them their favorite color!
We offer a variety of dairy-free/vegan options, as well as alternative milks such as soy, almond and coconut milk. Products that are NOT dairy-free are listed below for your reference. Any product offered at our locations that isn’t listed below IS vegan/dairy-free.
All of our locations honor a free drink on your birthday. Please note you may be asked to show photo ID.
Our Broistas are happy to top off iced coffees/teas at no additional charge. Ordering a light-ice soda would cost an additional 75¢, due to the need for an additional soda can.
Requesting a light-ice Rebel/Cold Brew will result in a cup that is not completely full as they are both priced per can. We can always put your drink in a smaller cup if you prefer, or if you would specifically like additional Rebel or Cold Brew in your drink, you would need to purchase a second can. Purchasing a second can would also result in a second stamp on your stamp card.

Variations may occur without notice due to change in ingredient formulation or substitution, regional or seasonal differences, differences in product assembly, or other factors. We offer something called a “Dutch-to-Go” which is a 96 ounce insulated container filled with the drink of your choice. Our Dutch-to-Go menu includes all of our classic menu drinks, Americanos and hot chocolate. Please feel free to swing through your local shop to order a Dutch-to-Go. Most locations require at least 48 hours notice.

Dutch Bros Coffee no longer offers the option to franchise. Moving forward, all locations are company-owned and regional operator positions are offered exclusively to those within the company, who have shown outstanding employment history and exemplify the culture.

While you may see Dutch Bros included in third party delivery services, those services are delivering our products without our endorsement.
