Dutch Bros Astoria Supports The Harbor with $400 Donation

April 27, 2017

ASTORIA, Ore. (April 27, 2017) – On Tuesday, April 18, Dutch Bros Astoria raised $400 for local nonprofit The Harbor.

The Harbor provides intervention, recovery and support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking, in Clatsop County and surrounding areas. That support comes in the form of programs like “Sweet Pea,” which focuses on building safety for pregnant or new mothers, and their emergency service the “Domestic and Sexual Assault Response Team,” which includes partnerships with members of law enforcement and local healthcare providers, as well as a variety of other services. The Harbor serves individuals in Clatsop County over the age of 14, and provides referral services for those under the age of 15.

“It’s awesome to see the community come together like this. A huge thank you to everyone that came out to help support The Harbor. It’s a great organization and we feel blessed to be able to support it in any way we can,” said Jared Nunnemaker, Dutch Bros North Coast owner.

Dutch Bros Astoria, located at 468 W. Marine Dr., donated $1 from every large drink sold to The Harbor. These Funds will directly benefit the survivors of sexual assault, stalking and domestic violence that The Harbor serves.
