Dutch Bros Lane County locations raise more than $76,000 for American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life

EUGENE, Ore. (July 27, 2018) Dutch Bros of Lane County donated $74,410.40 Wednesday, July 18 to Relay For Life. The proceeds directly benefit the American Cancer Society, an organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives and diminishing suffering from cancer through education, advocacy and service.

 

 “We are humbled by the support of our customers and those wanting to help,” said Chris Stewart, owner of Dutch Bros Springfield. “Our hope is to increase awareness and services that will help put an end to cancer and the suffering it causes.”

 

The proceeds from every drink sold at 15 Lane County Dutch Bros locations were donated to Relay For Life to benefit the American Cancer Society. An additional $1,800 was raised by the Dutch Bros mobile cart at the Relay For Life event, for a grand total of $76,210.40 donated.

 

The funds raised will directly benefit the American Cancer Society in its efforts to save lives, celebrate life and lead the fight for a world without cancer.
