Dutch Bros is looking for a summer intern to contribute to Dutch Bros University (DBU); the Dutch Bros Coffee training and learning department. The DBU Intern assists in identifying and researching relevant topics, not currently addressed on DBU, within the Dutch Bros shops, culture, and pop culture to help create meaningful and significant content for the DB learning platform. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Talent Acquisition Internship

The Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a summer intern that is eager to grow both personally and professionally while exploring Talent Acquisition at Dutch Bros! This role will be responsible for providing a people-first approach to all Talent Acquisition programs to further enhance the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding experience. This person is a self-driver, who enjoys being on the front line and sharing the Dutch Bros story. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Internal Brand Internship

This creative Intern will help support the team with highly impactful creative projects and campaigns that spotlight Dutch Bros as an incredible place to work for our shops and HQ employees. This individual will need to exemplify top-notch communication, and project management skills as this role will work on cross-department communication, help plan and execute internal content needs, work on content shoots, campaigns, and more. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Law Clerk - Real Estate

The Dutch Bros Law Clerk provides the Legal Department with legal research and analysis, transactional support, and systems maintenance. This internship provides an opportunity to engage in the process of sourcing and building our new locations and will expose the applicant to lease negotiations, site due diligence, and construction contracting. The candidate will also be exposed to the inner workings of how a legal department tracks information and data to provide the company with timely and effective guidance. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Site Selection Internship

This Internship will help support the Real Estate Team and assist in the various documentation and coordination efforts essential to the deal-making process. This role will help run demographics and perform initial site feasibility analysis to present to Site Acquisition Managers. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Social Impact Internship

Dutch Bros is looking for a summer intern to learn about our Social Impact Initiatives with a focus on Philanthropy & Community Affairs. The intern who fills this position can expect to understand how annual and local giveback days are executed, how the Dutch Bros Foundation is managed, and how relationships are created & fostered through Community Affairs. Join us for an inside look at how Dutch Bros Coffee makes a massive difference, one cup at a time! This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Internship

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for working with the team to plan, implement, and monitor social media and email marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness, generate engagement, and promote traffic and revenue. This role will be required you to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Product & Equipment / Research & Development Internship

Everything that goes into making a drink, from the scoop, to the syrup, to the cup, starts in our department!  This position is responsible for supporting the Product and Equipment R&D Managers with all active projects.  On the product side, this will include creating and testing fun new drinks for campaigns, researching flavor/product trends, and testing new products for supply chain stability.  On the equipment side, projects will include validating new drink-making equipment, collecting data from new equipment, and researching new equipment that might fit our organizational needs.  This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration 9-13 weeks. 

Graphic Design Internship

This role will assist in the creation of printed, social, web, and app promotional materials for Consumer Marketing, ensuring all promotional materials adhere to the Dutch Bros brand and campaign specific style guides under the direction of an Art Director/Creative Director. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Asset / Property Management Internship

As an intern for Property Management, you will learn about how Dutch Bros monitors leases and agreements for company shops, onboards new shops by assisting with traffic plans and site summaries, review and audit documents, coordinate with Facilities, Legal, and Accounting departments, drafting analyses and summaries, and other duties as assigned. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Law Clerk Internship

Dutch Bros is looking for a summer intern to join our Legal team. The Dutch Bros Law Clerk provides the Legal Department with legal research and analysis, transactional support, and systems maintenance. This position provides on-the-job training to law students pursuing a career as in-house or corporate counsel. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

IT Support Internship

The IT Support Intern will work within the Dutch Bros IT team! This role will provide you with the opportunity to support computer systems, servers, and network connections in accordance with internal processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will be working with teams all across Dutch Bros Headquarters, sharing your knowledge and insight to improve and enhance systems and processes. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 9-13 weeks.

Yes! We have a campus in the heart of downtown Grants Pass and another in Merlin, so a car is the best form of transportation. Depending on where you live and which location you’re based at, a bike/moped may be another great option.

At this time, housing isn’t provided, but we will always do our best to provide you with information about local housing options. If you’re relocating to the area, a housing stipend will be provided.

Our internships change from year-to-year, depending on each department's needs. We encourage you to check our website to see what’s available!

We offer an $800 monthly living stipend for interns that relocate to Grants Pass for their internship.

Candidates must be current or recent college graduates in either an undergrad or graduate program. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, and reside in a state that Dutch Bros currently operates. At this time, unfortunately DB is not able to accept working visas.

Internships start in May and wrap up by September each year, and range 10-13 weeks in duration, depending on the position. 

They're paid!

Summer is the peak time for internships! Intern positions are posted in October for the upcoming year.
