A digital gift card is an electronic gift card that is sent via email. You can purchase a digital gift card here!

Here are ways you can use your digital gift card:

• Option 1: Transfer funds from the digital gift card into your Dutch Bros™ app to check out fast and rack up rewards using your Dutch Pass®!
• Option 2: Simply show the digital gift card QR code to the broista at check-out.

Visit the Gift Card Balance page and enter the card number to check your balance.

You can purchase food and drink items at Dutch Bros locations.
Please note: You can’t purchase digital or physical gift cards with your digital gift card, nor can you purchase merchandise through shop.dutchbros.com.

No, Dutch Bros gift cards don't expire!

Digital gift cards are not reloadable. 

When purchasing a digital gift card, you may choose any value from $10 to $100.

We can’t combine gift cards, however, you can load your balance to your app account.

If you prefer physical gift cards, those can be purchased at any of our locations, as well as on our website! You can purchase physical gift cards here.

At this time, digital gift cards can only be purchased individually.

While we're unable to send a gift card via text, you can purchase a digital gift card online! That way, you can instantly send the digital gift card via email to anyone you'd like (or treat yourself!).

Yes! We recommend adding your digital gift card to your app to earn points towards a free drink!

At this time, we do not participate in third-party delivery sites, so you can’t use your digital gift cards there.

No, you cannot use funds on your Dutch Pass to buy a digital gift card.

We always hope your Digital Gift Card is delivered much sooner, however, we ask you to please allow up to 24 hours from the requested delivery date for the Digital Gift Card to be received.

If it has already been at least 24 hours since the requested delivery date and the recipient has already checked their spam folder, please send us a message here.

You won’t earn bonus points for purchasing gift cards in-shop or online. However, you can add a digital gift card to your app and earn points when you use those funds to make a purchase.

1. Open the Dutch Bros® app and tap on "More" at the bottom right corner.
2. Tap “Gift Cards,” then select “Load Gift Card”.
3. Enter your Gift Card Number and Gift Card Reg Code.
   • Gift Card Number contains 16-19 digits.
   • Gift Card Reg Code contains 6 digits.
4. You can also scan your Gift Card QR Code! Just click on "Scan Gift Card QR Code".

The recipient will be notified via email that they received a digital gift card!

You can load the digital gift card to your app, and pay using your Dutch Pass® to accrue points.

Please contact us here. Treat your digital gift card like you would cash and keep it some place secure (such as loading it to your Dutch Bros™ app). Please note, the value of the lost or stolen digital gift card is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 24 hours from the requested delivery date for the Digital Gift Card to be received.
