This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting both the general planning design and development work-flow for company-owned locations across the country, as well as the communication between the Real Estate and the Construction Departments with guidance and general oversight from the VP of Design & Construction.

The person in this role will provide construction oversight to ensure new locations and renovation projects are completed in accordance with Dutch Bros requirements. They will also provide management of site feasibility efforts, budgeting, contract administration and negotiation, and field supervision of vendors and contractors.
