The Construction Administration Manager is the point person for the VP of Design & Construction and a resource for the Directors of Construction for all matters related to the internal operations of the Construction Department.

The primary responsibility of the Field Technology Specialist is to improve operational effectiveness through Technology and provide support to both Field and IT leaders to resolve Field related issues.

Construction Project Manager - Western Region

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of workflows for company-owned locations in their assigned region, as well as the communication between the Real Estate and the Construction departments, with guidance and general oversight from their Director.

Site Plan Design Coordinator

The Site Plan Design Coordinator will coordinate with the Design Manager to facilitate the preparation of site plans, floor plans, and building elevations that meet the requirements of the Real Estate and Construction Departments as set forth by the Operations Team.

Fulfillment Coordinator

The Fulfillment Coordinator is the point person for incoming requests and inquiries for the Service Department. They are responsible for timely communication with necessary teams, to ensure fill-rate goals are met.

Compensation Specialist

The Compensation Specialist responsible for administering and maintaining various compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant regulations.

HR Business Process Improvement Engineer

The HR Business Process Improvement Engineer role is ideal for someone who has a passion for HR strategy, HR process development, enjoys building collaborative business relationships, and is energized by leveraging their HR expertise to drive change.

Corporate Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for lease administration, ensuring that the high volume of agreements, contracts, amendments, and other key real estate records are abstracted in the company’s system of record and that statuses are updated timely and accurately.

Corporate Facilities Manager

The Corporate Facilities Manager will be responsible for all aspects of building functions to meet legal requirements along with health and safety standards.
