The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of workflows for company-owned locations in their assigned region, as well as the communication between the Real Estate and the Construction departments, with guidance and general oversight from their Director.
The Designer II will be responsible for the completion and the review of site plans, floor plans, and building elevations that meet the requirements of Real Estate and Construction Departments as set forth by the Operations Team. This role will assist outside consultants in the development of the buildings to ensure the accurate execution of the plans.
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Integrations, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing data integration initiatives across the organization. You will manage a team of data engineers, ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise data integration strategies. This role is key in developing and executing data integration frameworks, while ensuring robust data governance and seamless data flow across multiple systems.
The Lease Accountant is responsible for assisting in the management of all leases and subleases for the company. This includes assisting with the Lease Management System, processing and tracking reconciliations, as well as supporting time-sensitive requests.
