I am having Issues with the app!

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Dutch Bros app! We release updates frequently. Please head over to the App/Play Store to check for any available updates. If you’re still having issues, please try the recommended steps below in the order they're listed - this should help you get back on track: iOS: Offload your app: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Click on the Dutch Bros app > Tap on “Offload App" (iOS). If you are using a VPN, turn it off. Delete the Dutch Bros app. Turn off your cell phone, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on. Redownload the Dutch Bros app. Android: Clear the app cache: Open Settings > Swipe to and tap Apps > Select or search for the Dutch Bros app > Tap Storage > Tap "Clear cache". If you are using a VPN, turn it off. Delete the Dutch Bros app. Turn off your cell phone, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on. Redownload the Dutch Bros app. Having trouble logging in? Please try our self-service option by visiting: Dutch Bros . Once you complete the steps, reopen the app and log back in. Having trouble downloading the app?
